I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, the rooms left something to be desired. They were clean, but the noise from the road was quite disruptive. The location is convenient for getting around, but the dining options were not as impressive as I hoped. Overall, it's a decent place for a stay, but improvements in certain areas would go a long way.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. While the location is quite convenient, with easy access to shopping and transport, my room unfortunately had a heavy smell of cigarette smoke, which was really disappointing since I had booked a non-smoking room. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay special, even singing a birthday song for me! Overall, the service was excellent, but the condition of the room detracted from the experience.
